Description: Originally 2 story post Victorian farmhouse, shingle siding, gable roof, now greatly expanded. 
Story 1: Thomas B. Schumard was born 10 September 1851 and died 3 September 1926, aged 74 years.  Bertha E. Schumard died 24 January 1938, Monroe (Evans) Funeral Home.  They are both buried in Section 17 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH.  Is Abigail K. Schumard in the same family?  She was born 8 July 1843 and died 12 October 1927, aged 84 years, buried in Section 18 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, C. T. Johnson Funeral Home. 
Story 2: This home of Dale and Lydia Swallen was on the 1990 December 16 "Homes for the Holidays" TP Garden Club House Tour".  It was a Sunday, homes were open from 2-5 PM and tickets were $5.  Proceeds were used for village beautification.  
  This was the childhood home of the owner (Lydia Swallen), purchased in the1940s by her grandparent (Davis?).
