Story 1: Bought 50 ft. lot behind and sold it to Kennedy & Kennedy.  Sold it to John Prues (a cousin of Joanne Kennedy) who built a brick house on a 50 ft. lot with Board of Zoning Appeals approval (726 Yale).

     From conversations with Melvin Aichholz by Esther H. M. Power.  May & September 1991
     Melvin was the accountant for the Heekin Can Company and historian for Armstrong Chapel.  He moved to Terrace Park in 1940.  Wrote article for Village Views on water works.  Water Supply - Cincinnati was willing to supply water to Indian Hill provided Indian Hill (was) willing to be annexed.  Indian Hill declined and built own water works.  Terrace Park joined Indian Hill water works in 1940s.  Indian Hill provided water to Terrace Park  
     Clerk of Council - 1948-1957
     Dale Griffin - nephew of Mel and chairman of Rules and Law Committee 30 years ago.  Call him about maps and zoning.  He was first to organize ordinances.  421-6440 office phone - Lawyers Title Insurance Co.  
Story 4: Melvin C. Aichholz was born 26 August 1907 and died 11 April 1997, aged 89 years.  Dorothy Martha Ingham Aichholz was born 30 July 1910 and died 27 December 2001, aged 91 years.  Both are buried in Section 22, Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford Oh, Evans Funeral Home.
