Description Of Changes:    1963 - Allens built a 14' x 26'6 room in the rear. 1999 - Warings added a screen porch (Architect: Laura Deal; contractor: JFP Construction). 2005 - Major reconstruction & addition.Permit for Cornerstone to add & remodel. Childress & Cunningham, architects. Cornerstone, contractors.2006 - Childress/Cunningham permit to add new basement under existing house (Childress and Cunningham).

Story 1: Margaret M. Ostendarp was born 17 July 1909 & died (aged 84 years) 22 December 1993, buried 8 January 1994 in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati OH.  She was Betty Morgan Stollmaier's twin sister.
