Built on property originally owned by Harry Eveland and using lumber and materials from Eveland's Terrace Park Lumber Company (formerly at the corner of Elm and Park in Terrace Park). Since Harry Eveland was the 5th son born to his parents, he was willing to sell a lot to the Swenssons when their 5th son was born. Otherwise he was not selling a lot at that time. |
