Story 1: 1952 - burning permit and condemnation from the Terrace Park Fire Department records. Probably removed as a fire hazard. Owner ordered to tear down (along with 805 Miami - Sibley lots 3-7 incl.).
Story2: From Joanne Kennedy - Paul Kennedy remembers an old Victorian house there when he was a child (or perhaps 805 or was it 809?)
