Description: 1 1/2 story expanded & updated  "New England style" Cape Cod, siding, gable roof with dormers: : 4 bedrooms with screen porch and attached garage.
Story 1: Originally said to be on Stanton: now 800 Elm.
Story 2: Mary Louise Denneman was one of the four in the last class to graduate from the 1870 Terrace Park School.  She married builder Fred "Fritz" Huber (see 509 Stanton).  Is there any relationship between Mary Louise Denneman Huber and Robert W. Denneman above?
Story 3: "Friedrich  Huber emigrated from Oberbalzheim Germany in 1923."  Info from his relative, Walther Backhaus.  Frederick Huber died 1 March 1960, buried in Section 17 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH Monroe Funeral Home.  Lidalee Garrison confirms that Fred or Fritz froze to death in a Clermont County Park.  He was a heavy drinker and it was believed he got lost and confused. (obit says natural causes - heart?)
