Description Of Changes:    1993 - permit for Nick & Julie Ward to add 2 stories including a kitchen, family room and master bedroom to the east side of the house (Michael Schuster Associates, architect; Bill Marshall, contractor). The existing building was 1500 square feet. The addition was 1320 square feet. 2001 - finish part of basement making storage rooms and a family room.

Story 1: Nick Ward's sister is Amy Ward Heilbronner (109 Red Bird). Julia is one of Flach & Angela Douglas' daughters (1 Circus Place) moved to 900 Miami.
Story 2: Mrs. Elizabeth Geiger, a Terrace Park resident for 60 years, celebrated her 97th birthday (Village Views January 1986). She misses the trains that used to come to Terrace Park and is a little disappointed the village never got a sewer system. Mrs. Geiger raised her four children in her house on Park Avenue. She was born Mary Elizabeth Burger.
