Story 1: see story 603 Wooster, Corwin's honeymoon cottage.Story 2: Corwin's daughter Marian was born in October 1928 and graduated from Terrace Park High School in 1946. She was born in the Cook's house (603 Wooster) before her parents moved to the Robinson Circus House (1 Circus Place) with other members of her father's family as caretakers. Marian married Bill Kotte who died early in 2004.Hume Corwin worked closely with Fritz Huber as builders. Hume Corwin owned much of the land behind his home, which included the land that became Marian Lane, named for his only child Marian. Tom Barrere, who lived at 742 Wooster Pike from 1952-63, was a relative. Dr. Shively, a Milford dentist, was Hume Corwin's nephew.
Story 3: Hume H. Corwin was born 9 April 1901 and died 1 November 1983, aged 82 years, buried in Section 34 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, Craver-Hookom Funeral Home. Velma N. Corwin was born 5 March 1905 and died 19 September 1994, aged 89 years, buried in Section 22 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, Craver-Hookom Funeral Home. See 1 Circus Place for Hume's father. Lee Charles Nordloh died August 31, 2019. He very much enjoyed his 30 year career as the owner of Nordloh & Associates Surveying in Terrace Park.
