Description: 2 story stucco Chalet, low gable: 3 bedroom home on the Little Miami River.  River views from all 3 levels.
Story 1: "Dad built a cottage next to his house.  He built it completely by himself.  Eventually he finished it.  He rented it as a summer cottage for years.  Many people liked to find a cottage along the river.  From the time I was about 5 until I was grown up he managed to rent the cottage.  After the war my sister Louise bought the cottage.  She and her family lived there about 15 years without making a change.  In 1958 my husband's brother rebuilt the structure.  It was completely changed.  After my sister died a young couple bought the place.  It was completely changed in the interior.  Recently a second couple bought the house.  The house was changed from a simple cottage to a type of architecture very popular in Germany."  This was written by Caroline Meurer Burger, daughter of Charles Meurer, artist.
Story 2: One of 3 houses built by Charles Meurer (731 Miami), artist, and occupied for many years by his daughter Louise Frazee.  It was originally built for summer rental.   According to a 1991 newspaper article "the present structure is actually a rehab itself.  Along about 1954...the original home was torn down to ground level.  This still left two lower levels, one of which is a typical old-time "cellar" which can only be accessed from the outside.  A typical 1950s-ish two story structure was then added and basically remained unchanged until the Morrows purchased the property."
Story 3: Charles L. Frazee was born 8 November 1898 and died 30 April 1962, aged 63 years, Copher Funeral Home.  Louise Frazee was born 28 December 1897 and died 16 July 1990, aged 92 years, Evans Funeral Home.  Both are buried in Section 14 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH.  Paul Lerou Frazee was born 11 May 1934 and died 5 April 2002, aged 67 years, buried in Section 25 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH,  Evans Funeral Home.
Story 4: Jenny Comfort was a Mayor of Terrace Park in the late 1990s.
