| 1960s - garage converted to 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath. 2 car detached garage built at rear of lot. 1974 - Jeff Anderson converted the screened porch to a family room with 2nd wood burning fireplace. 1988 - remodeled and enlarged the kitchen (13' x 8' to 13' x 28'), master bedroom and bath.
