| 1938 - added a Tea House on the south east corner. 1939 - added a screened in porch and wood fireplace front. 1978 - Mary Ann Flynn added aluminum siding. 1986 - the garage and chicken coop were replaced with a garage. 1997 - permit for Jim Flynn to add a 2nd floor rear dormer and 2 front dormers for 2 bedrooms and a bath plus entrance to the home (J. Nordloh, architect; Flynn, builder). November 2013 - house torn down. Spring 2016 new house being built. | ||||

| Story 2: | Chickens were raised in the backyard during World War II - maybe 1946ish. They were put in a freezer locker in Milford. A fire in the freezer destroyed much meat, including that of Marie Stoecklin (816 Miami). |
