1963 - Charles Millard added an entrance hall, bath and family room on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd. 1969 - the Dereniuks upgraded the kitchen. 1970 - the Dereniuks added shutters to all windows and the front door. 1985 - the Dereniuks added a ramp with deck off the family room. |
