Description: | 1 1/2 story expanded Cape Cod, aluminum siding, gable roof with dormers. It was a pretty white Cape Cod in 1960 when the Joslyns bought it. There were lots of walnut trees, a huge lot and a fenced area with a 1 room playhouse built by Bill Helt. It was large enough for 3-4 young boys to put down sleeping bags for an overnight. The main house was split level and originally a "salt box". 2001 - Living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. |
Story 1: | Father Cyprian Berens (509 Marietta) remembers Jimmy Wieland living next door in this house. |
