Description: California Transitional, stucco, 1 story in front, 2 in rear, gable roofs: 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths.
Story 1: The Proctors first lived in Terrace Park in 1950 when they rented the upstairs of 206 Stanton from the Bierys.  When the house was to be turned into a 1 family house, they moved to Milford where they lived 7 years.  Then they built their 806 Princeton House and moved there.
Story 2: 1990 permit for owner Park Homes to build a new residence on vacant lot.  Architect: Steinkamp & Nordloh.  3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 2 half baths, 1 1/2 stories.
Story 3: This home of Mr. & Mrs. (Bunny) Stewart Proctor was on the 1994 Sunday December 4 "Holiday Home Tour through Terrace Park" TP Garden Club House Tour.  Homes were open from 1-4 PM and tickets were $5.  The Community House was open for ticket sales, Fresh Holiday Greens sale, Refreshments and Restrooms.
