Description: 3 story square, stucco, historic Italianate with original flat roof changed to truncated hip roof.  1997 description (before Hawk addition) as 7 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, unfinished 3rd floor, screen porch;  large rooms. 
Story 1:  According to census records Lester B. Ryan and family lived on Park Avenue before moving to 629 Lexington Avenue.  Lester & Nannie had been married 3 years and had a 2 year old son.  He was 30; she was 25.  Lester was a Merchant Tailor.  His 45 year old brother also lived with them and was a Machinist (Laundry Machines).  
Story 2: Evidently Becky & Henrietta (Reibel) Ryan lived here c. 1925 according to a picture given to the Terrace Park Garden Club for the celebration May 2, 1995 of the Club's 75th Anniversary. 
Story 3: Chapmans connected to Loring Andrews. (not Chapman/Conkling family)
Story 4:  Jack Hudnall died in 1984.   Doris Hudnall died October 21, 2002,
