Story 1: | According to census records Lester B. Ryan and family lived on Park Avenue before moving to 629 Lexington Avenue. Lester & Nannie had been married 3 years and had a 2 year old son. He was 30; she was 25. Lester was a Merchant Tailor. His 45 year old brother also lived with them and was a Machinist (Laundry Machines). |
