| Story 1: | This house was a duplicate of 628 Lexington Avenue, the Douglas house, both built in 1929. (Flach Douglas) However, the deeds seem to indicate others living in the house before the Mathis family, unless they rented before buying. Flach does not remember who lived in that house when he was a child. |
