Description: 2 story brick Colonial, gable roof:  8 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths.  Lots of information by realtors in the T P Historical Society house file.
Story 1: William Byars, the 1st owner, did his own contracting.  They had one son, Bill, who  later lived at 321 Rugby (and has sent information about that house - house was a real show case when they moved there in 1949.  It was featured in Better Homes and Gardens twice as well as in the Cincinnati Times Star).  See 321 Rugby for more information.
Story 2: 1963 Scrapbook shows exterior and interior views.  The home was written up in "Better Homes & Gardens" twice, "House Beautiful" and the Cincinnati Times Star during the Byars' tenure.
Story 3: Wayne and Virginia Brown, the 2nd owners, also had a home in Milan, Italy, where Wayne represented General Electric Aircraft Engines in a joint venture with FIAT.  Their daughter, Sandy Ader, lives in Terrace Park (714 Lexington in 1997).  Ginny's sister was "Ev" Peery (see 614 Home).
