Legal description of land:  "Situated in the County of Hamilton and the State of Ohio, and in the Village of Terrace Park, bounded and described as follows: being a part of Lot No. 153 of James W. Sibley's Subdivision of Terrace Park of Lots 3 and 4 of Camden City, Columbia Township in Section 23, Township 5, Fractional Range 2, of the Miami Purchase, a Plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 7, page 19 of the Hamilton County, Ohio Records of Plats, and being more particularly as follows:  BEGINNING at the east line of Miami Avenue at a point 400 feet northwardly from the southwest corner of said Lot No. 153, thence in an easterly direction parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 153 and 400 feet there from, 120 feet more or less to the Little Miami River corner to said Youtsey's lot; thence up the river 85 feet to a stake; thence in a westerly course parallel with the first line 120 feet more or less to the East line of Miami Avenue; thence in a southerly course with the east line of Miami Avenue 85 feet to the place of beginning."
