Description: Originally 1 story Contemporary Ranch with cedar siding frame, gable roof:  2 bedrooms, 2 baths, double fireplace, living room, dining room, kitchen, eat in breakfast, family room loft, 2 car garage, screened porch, deck, full basement.        2 x 6 wall panels and trusses by Clermont Lumber.  Now with additions.
Story 1: The Stoney Creek street bed was originally one of the old traction lines.  The ground including an old gravel pit (now village nature park) plus the park along Given, plus the Rixey building lot was bought by Ferd (Bro) Critchell and Stewart Proctor from Osborne Bros. in 1980.  This was probably the last private drive approved by Terrace Park.  Ferd (Bro) Critchell and Stewart Proctor gave the pit and Given Park to the village.  Then Ferd developed the street but used Curless, builder and Norris, architect, at the start.
Village sale records say in 1977 the Osborn family sold Ferd Critchell  8+ acres on Given Road.
Village sale records say in 1978 Ferd Critchell sold 25' x 183' feet on Given Road to Howard and Vera Andrews (702 Indian Hill Road - later Yankee Dollar).
Story 2: Ferdinand B. Critchell Jr. was born 22 June 1926 and died 16 August 1998, aged 72 years.  His wife, Edith Marie Critchell, was born 4 September, 1927 and died 28 October 2008, aged 81 years.  Both are buried in Section 22 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford  OH.  Evans Funeral Home for Ferd.
