Stories:

Story 1: James Arnold Linfoot Moulton, later of 2 Kent Circle, bought this home for his parents, James Arnold & Edith Bertha Edwards Moulton. According to their granddaughter, Deni Moulton, he arranged it so my grandparents ...believed they bought the house with the proceeds from the sale of their home in Millers Mills, New York. My father wanted his parents closer since my grandfather developed neurology based health problems based on long ago accident injuries. My father was a neurologist.
