| 1957 - pool built. 1989/90 - pool filled in and concrete patio added. At some time the basement was made into a playroom, paneled and a half bath added. 1997 permit for Steve & Debbie Fletcher to tear down the existing house and replace it with a new building (GTK & Assoc., architects; Fletcher Homes, builders). | ||||

| Story 1: | Debbie Startsman Stedron is the daughter of Dan & Debbie Startsman of 223 Rugby, sister of Dan Startsman of 305 Rugby. The Stedron name is first found in Terrace Park at 619 Wooster Pike (now 420 Washington Avenue) on the 1939 map of Terrace Park. I am told Norman and Debbie rented 603 Wooster Pike when they were first married but I don't yet know when they were married. Debbie's father bought 325 Rugby Avenue in 1946 and I presume rented it to the Stedrons. Norman G. Stedron bought 325 Rugby Avenue in 1947 and sold it in 1949 when they moved to 408 Miami Avenue. In 1955 they built (on land already owned by Debbie's father) and moved to 224-1 Rugby Avenue where they lived until 1965. I don't know where they went from there. Norman G. Stedron was born 20 June 1915, perhaps in Ohio. He died in December 1982 in Florida. Debbie Startsman was born in 1917, probably in Ohio and died in 1980 in Florida. |
