Description:    Originally 1 story Contemporary Ranch, slanted or shed roof.  Before Fletcher remodeling: 1 story street level, but 2 stories in the back (on the hill).  Originally just whole basement but later finished living quarters separate from furnace/work area.  4 bedrooms.  Now greatly expanded & 2/3 stories.

Description Of Changes:    1983 - John Walton added a 1 car garage. 2001 - almost total remodeling for Fletchers (Arcanum, architects, Fletcher Construction). 2003 - eliminate one car attached garage (becomes exercise room) - convert car port to enclosed garage. Add free standing garage for one car & workshop. Picket fence & garage heater(Fletcher). 2004 permit for Fletchers to build an outdoor fireplace on top of the existing lower level (Fletcher Homes). Stories:

Story 1: The Rubenkoenigs owned Hilltop Labs in Miamiville. They moved from 607 Wooster Pike to 221 Miami Avenue in 1956. See Story 5 at 607 Wooster Pike. Harry L. Rubenkoenig died December 8, 1966. Ruth Rubenkoenig died in 1971 in Milford - 11/9?
Story 2: The Reverend Robert D. Gerhard died 9 January 2010, Elden A. Good Funeral Home. He was rector of St. Thomas Church from November 1968 to December 1993.
