Story 1: Grace Sherwood (daughter of Dallas & Amy) evidently lived here c 1925 or later according to the picture given to the Terrace Park Garden Club for the celebration May 2, 1995 of the Club's 75th Anniversary.
Story 2: Walter R. Jacobs was born 10 November 1927and died 7 February 1994, aged 66 years. Betty A. Jacobs was born 9 October 1934 and died 8 May 2000, aged 65 years, Craver-Riggs Funeral Home. They are both buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 3, Niche 86.
