Stories:

Story 1: Miller scrapbooks - November. 16, 1960 article by Polly Cramer: home of Fred and Shirley Gronvall (moved in August 1959) [was the house new then?]. Had a fire with much damage. Rebuilt with 2 stories. Interior and exterior photos with article.
Story 2: Jane Dorner Pendl was born 22 March 1932 and died 13 May 1991, aged 59 years, buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 7, Niche 213.
Story 3: Bill Holloway has written a wonderful article (Village Views September 2010) about Bill Pendl entitled Tennis opened many doors for newest hall of famer, Bill Pendl. It's long but well worth taking the time to reread it. (Village Views from 2003 forward are on line at www.terracepark.com/villageviews/. Back issues are also at the Terrace Park Historical Society archives.)
