Stories:
Story 1: Mystery - house built for Will & Emma (Bacon) Christopher prior to 1911. Blue print marked Plan #123. Is it a Sears house? See 215 Oxford for more information.
Cindy Cattanzoro, Sears researcher, says no.
Story 2: This is the first Terrace Park house owned by Kathryn S. Quist (& John). Their other houses were 601 Yale (1947-50, which they built), 300 Rugby (1955-62 & 1963-71)), 726 Floral (1962-3), 312 Rugby (1963-64. Did they live here?) and 720 Elm (1974-77 & 1963-71). She did considerable remodeling of Terrace Park houses.
