Description: Originally 1 story; 2nd story added 1999; brick & stone, gable roof.  
Story 1: Charlotte Hoeb was secretary of the Terrace Park Elementary School for 16 years retiring in 1975.  Bill Hoeb was with Milacron for 48 years and was to retire in 1976.  Their three children, Bill, Bob & Charlotte, all graduated from Mariemont High School; Bill & Bob later from the University of Cincinnati , Charlotte from Ohio State.  
William R. Hoeb Sr. was born 26 August 1911 and died 25 May 1988, aged 76 years, buried Arlington Memorial Gardens, Cincinnati OH 45231. 
Clara Niehaus, aunt of Charlotte Hoeb, died August 27, 1970.
