| Story 1: | Originally this lot was part of the Thomas R. Biggs estate (lot 29) which was bought from Joseph E. & Kathryn M. Miller, August 22, 1960. The Millers owned the Robinson Circus house at the time. The present house was built on Robinson Circus grounds: area of small animal cages and costume building. |

Advance tickets were $1 but $1.25 on the day and the homes were open from 1-4:30, maybe also in the evening as a tear off stub is missing from the ticket. The Community House on Elm Avenue was open for Decorations and probably Refreshments. |
