1962 - John G. Description: 2 story Colonial, frame and cedar shake construction, gable roof, with additions.
Story 1: Ruth Clayton, daughter of Fred Strathmore, says the house was built in 1928-29.
Story 2: Dorothy Rixey - daughter of Meyers at 203 Cambridge.  Eppa Rixey Jr. - Hall of Fame pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds. (See also Eugene Franklin "Bubbles" Hargrave at 622 Miami.) Rixey's daughter was Ann Chase Rixey who married J. Sikes.   (see more information at 2 Lexington Circle)
Story 3: Relative Helen Christopher (215 Oxford) was flower girl in Eppa and Dot Rixey's wedding. 
Story 4:  1963 scrapbook - or perhaps earlier, 2 page article - interior on tour.  Rixeys.
Story 5: John Smale - CEO Proctor & Gamble; also led GM overhaul.  He was born in Canada in 1927 and died in Cincinnati OH in 2011.  His wife, Phyllis, died in 2006.
Story 6: Linda Gislason died 26 October 1977, aged 39 years.
