Description Of Changes:   1988 - added family room to rear of house. 1991 - added screen porch. 1994 permit to Mr. & Mrs. Doug Hynden to convert the attic to 2 bedrooms and a bath and to join 2 2nd floor bedrooms into a master bedroom (Architects +). Done in 1995 - added dormers to back roof line for 3rd floor bedrooms and landing. 1990 - addition to driveway.  

Stories:

Story 1: Loren Gatch had the house built for himself and his wife Margaret Grayson, daughter of Frank Y. & Daisy Grayson (747 Park). After their divorce he married Minna in 1940. She was a school teacher from Indiana. He died within 2 years as a result of catching a cold at a Princeton University football game. Minna lived on in the house alone with no changes for well over 40 years.
