Replaces dance hall (Klub Val Len Na or Vallenna?) on site in 1920s.  Lindells have pictures of roof during 1937 flood (more information in TP Historical Society archives).  Remains of the dance hall can still be seen in the Lindell's back yard.  2002 - permit for Carl & Ann Lindell to make a 1 story addition (Fletcher, contractor, Larry Norris, architect).   2011 permit for Ann B. Description: 2 story Contemporary, gable roof with shed on sideVertical cedar boards - not siding.
Story 1: Hap Lindell - son of  Carl & Frances Lindell of 1005 Elm,  8.23 acres from Michael Leaf's original 20 acres.
Story 2: Dusty Rhodes, Hamilton County Auditor, site says Carl W. Hartman owned the land at least by 1942, sold in 1967 to Wm. B. Backs and then to Frances Lindell in 1967.  Carl A. "Hap" & Martha A."Ann" Lindell had the house built in 1976 and then added on to it later.  .
Story 3: This home of Mr. and Mrs. (Ann) C. A. Lindell was on the "Walking through a Winter Wonderland" 1986 December 7 TP Garden Club House Tour.  It was a Sunday, homes were open from 2-5 PM and tickets were $4.  Proceeds were used for village beautification.
Story 4: Carl Anders "Hap "Lindell was born 5 September 1940 and died Monday, 10 February 2014, at 73 years, Craver Riggs Funeral Home.  "Many know Hap from business, more from his associations and work with the Country Club and even more from his care and attention to Terrace Park.  Family, community, nature and service have been hallmarks of Hap's life."  Sons: Ross (Bella) and Pax (Abby).  Grandchildren: Frances, Jeb, Barrett and Liv.
