Description:    1 1/2 story clapboard sided Victorian farmhouse, gable roof, with addition joining it to the added 2 car garage.  The original 2000 sq. ft. house had a stone foundation and 500 sq. ft. basement.  The original address was 819 Wooster Pike.

Description Of Changes:   1979 - added a 2 car garage. 1987 - 1 1/2 story addition (2200 ft.) joining the original house and the garage.  

Stories:

Story 1: 1978 - Emma Friedrich sold 2.75 acres to Barbara Harth, probably for Melissa Court.
Story 2: Randy Casteel was Mayor of Terrace Park starting in 1992.
Story 3: Lockwood Doench bought the house to work on and sell. He found there was a fake ceiling in the dining room. When he removed it he found there had been an elegant mural painted on that ceiling. Unfortunately, since it had been rather badly damaged he had to paint over it. He did not do very much work on the house as it sold rather quickly to Randy Casteel.
