1970 - Robert Corey added a 2 car detached garage (relocated by DeCamps in 1996).  1971 - aluminum siding (Robert Corey).  1997 - permit for Greg & Shannon DeCamp to make a 2 story addition to the rear for a family room and master bedroom (Richard Ernst, architect; Jeff Jacobs, builder).  Renovation since 1994 (according to the Terrace Park Garden Club Home Tour 200 ticket booklet) include "the kitchen, upstairs bathroom, hallway and stairs".

Description: 2 story Victorian, aluminum siding, gable roof.
Story 1: Built by G. W. Corey for the minister (as the manse) of the Terrace Park Baptist Church (now the Community House).
Story 2: Clifford Corey grew up in 722 Park.  He had 2 grandsons: Brad was the younger.
Story 3: Clifford Corey died 11 March 1960, buried in Section 60 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, Monroe Funeral Home.  Helen C. Corey died 19 May 1968, buried in Section 20 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, W. Mack Johnson Funeral Home.  Bob Corey died in 1999.
Story 4: This home of Robert and Faye Corey was on the 1990 December 16 "Homes for the Holidays" TP Garden Club House Tour".  It was a Sunday, homes were open from 2-5 PM and tickets were $5.  Proceeds were used for village beautification.

Story 6: The Greg and Shannon Decamp home was on the 2000 Sunday December 3 Terrace Park Garden Club Home Tour.  Homes were open 1-5 PM.  The Community House was open from 12-5 PM for Holiday Fair. refreshments, ticket sales and restrooms.  Proceeds were used to continue the beautification of our village.
