Removed pantry, porch and steps.  Added new kitchen entry, porch and steps; basement entry including new stairs.  Removed original garage, chicken house, stable and workshop.  1973c - replaced with larger garage and workshop with loft above.   Permit for garage removal and replacement may be the last one issued by Carl Lindell c1973.  1978 - Frank Buschmeier erected a 3 car garage.  2006 - Dillman permit to add & remodel (family room/den downstairs with master bedroom & bath above?)(Mike Nordloh, builder, Jane Yancey, architect).

Description: "2 story colonial / bevel siding - stick built", gable roof.
Story 1: Grandfather, Frank G. Buschmeier, was a founding father of the village.  His residence (and birth place of son Frank J.) was where the Yankee Dollar now is (702 Indian Hill Road).  His grandfather's name was misspelled on the land documents.
     Elaine (nee Miller) Buschmeier was born 30 May 1923 and died on her birthday 2010, Evans Funeral Home. Service at St. Andrew Church, Milford OH.  She and her husband, Frank, had 7 children: Linda, Nancy, Mike, Robert, William, Richard and Christine. 
Story 2: July 22, 1996. Cincinnati Enquirer: "Plane takes veteran on trip down memory lane".  Article on Frank Buschmeier and B-17G plane over France in March 1944.
Another article about Frank Buschmeier in Eastern Hills Journal: 29 May, 2013 at the time of receiving medals he'd earned in WWII.  Picture shows his 7 children. 
Story 3: Someone needs to follow up on getting early photos and tape he plans to make of early stories told to him.
