Comment   The Terrace Hills Subdivision was formed from land that was formerly a part of the Biggs Subdivision and also Columbia.
  Some of the deeds indicate that land for particular lots came from BOTH subdivisions.  This is not actually the case.
  This undoubtedly resulted when the same text was used on multiple deeds without regard to the actual address.
  145 Wrenwood is located on land that was only in Biggs.  Since the actual deeds refer to both subdivisions, we have 
  included all deed references.  The reader may safely ignore references to Biggs deeds.
