Note 1		   Rauscher owned lots 8, 9, 10, and 11.  Rauscher then sold them all to Ludwig.  Later Ludwig bought lot 12 from Guilday.
  Several years later Ludwig sold lots 8 & 9 to Stuntz (222 Oxford), leaving him (Ludwig) with 10, 11, and 12 (218 Oxford).
