DB 1060, p 116		   Beginning at a point in the east line of Miami Avenue, which point is at the northwest corner of the lot
  conveyed by James Gilmore to Wright Youtsey, by deed dated September 25, 1911, and recorded
  in DB 1054 page 131, Hamilton County Records; thence with the east line of said Miami Avenue N 9° 42½' W
  50 feet to a point; thence eastwardly on a line parallel with the north line of said Wright Youtsey's north line 90 feet 
  to a point; thence southeastwardly 30 feet to a point, which point is 30 feet north of the north line of Wright Youtsey's said lot;
  thence eastwardly on a line parallel with the north line of said lot of Wright Youtsey and 30 feet therefrom, 30 feet ±
  to the Little Miami River, thence southwardly down the said river and along the east line of said lot number 153.30 feet±
  to the norteast corner of said lot of Wright Youtsey, which point is 580 feet ± from the southeast corner of said lot 153; 
  thence westwardly along the north line of said Wright Youtsey's lot 130 feet ± to the place of beginning.

  G. Worz to Howard Worz by DB 1060 p 116, thence with the east line of said Miami Avenue a distance of 65 ft.
  to a stake, thence parallel to the south line of lot 153 a distance of 85 ½ ft. to an iron pin, thence S 10° 17' E
  a distance of 65.11 feet to a point in the south line of said Howard Worz's lot, thence with the north line
  a distance of 90 ft. ± to the beginning, the bearing given is made to agree with the recorded plat.
Note 1   Part of lot 153 = 50 x 130 feet in East line of Miami Avenue at the Northwest corner of lot in DB 1054 p131.
