DB 1160, p285        Beginning at a stake in the east line of Miami Avenue 75 ft. from the parcel conveyed by Gustav A. Worz 
  to Howard A. Worz by DB 1060 p116  which point is 142.83 ft. from an angle in the east line of Miami Avenue
  both distances measured along the east line, thence with the said east line a distance of 50 ft.
  thence parallel to the south line of lot 153 a distance of 112.3 ft. to a pin.  Thence S 31°, 35' W 51.35 feet,
  thence parallel to the north line of the tract herein conveyed and 9.75 ft. at right angles
  from the north line of lot conveyed to M. E. Hawke's a distance of 85.24 ft. to the place of beginning.
       Also, a strip of land to the river front being a strip 5 ft. wide beginning at a point 85.5 ft. from Miami Ave.
  which is 10 ft. southerly from the place of ending in the parcel firstly described herein.  Thence
  S 10° 17' E with and adjoining the easterly line of the lot this day sold to M. E. Hawke and the easterly
  line of the H. Worz lot, intersecting a 10 foot strip running from the river bank and adoining the north line of the 
  Howard Worz lot.
DB 1198, P 173   Beginning at a point in the east line of Miami Ave. which point is in the northwest corner of the lot 
  conveyed by G. Worz to Harry Fuller by deed recorded in deed book 1160, p 285, thence eastwardly
  with the north line of said lot a distance of 112.37 feet, thence W 31° 35' E a distance of fifteen feet; thence 
  westwardly to a point in said Miami Avenue which point is five feet from the northwesterly corner of said lot
  heretofore conveyed by Worz to Fuller; thence with the easterly line of Miami Avenue a distance of 5 feet
  to the place of beginning.
