Story 3: United Dairy Farmers started out in the Resthaven Barn in Mariemont. Resthaven Barn was constructed in the early 1920s where the Lindner family operated a small dairy business that evolved into United Dairy Farmers. After the dairy operation outgrew the barn, the village of Mariemont used the space for a maintenance garage and the Woman's Art Club bought the historic property a few years ago.
