Stories:

Story 1: Builder Curless, Architect Norris Build 'Great Room' Houses in Terrace Park. All it takes, they say, is one great idea. Don Curless and Larry Norris had it, and are making the most of it in a small five-lot development, Stony Creek, off Given Road in Terrace Park. Their great idea is the great room, some 20 feet by 30 feet, which combines the function of living room and family room in the cedar-sided contemporaries they are building on three-quarter-acre lots. Curless, the owner-builder, engaged Norris as architect for the project. Curless has sold three houses, the latest to Dr. Lloyd E. and Joy A. Owens. (From a Cincinnati Enquirer article in Stan Miller's 1978 scrapbook.) In 2003 the information we have does not show Curless and Norris responsible for all Stoney Brook houses, so this needs further investigation.
Story 2: Robert C. Grund was born 13 July 1922 and died 25 August, 1999, aged 77 years, buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 7, Niche 198, Gilligan Funeral Home.
Story 3: James Barker died 26 August 2016 aged 86 years, Gilligan Funeral Home.
