Description Of Changes:    F The Browns added a 2nd bath upstairs, modernized the kitchen at least once and added a lavatory on the 1st floor. The Ebels have done some radical interior remodeling. Also they enclosed the screened in porch and added a deck in 1995. In 1996 they built a 10' x 12' storage barn (Mark Kuhlman, contractor).

Story 1: From Eliza Brown, daughter of Miles Evelend. I
Story 2: The Browns bought this house from Eliza's parents, Miles and Penelope Eveland. Eliza grew up here. Bruce Brown's mother lived at 108 Red Bird Lane.
Story 3: Miles and Penelope Eveland owned the Terrace Park Lumber Company with Miles' brother, Harry Eveland. An affidavit by lawyer, Hawley Todd, confirms that Miles and Penelope were married and that Harry was Miles' brother. Miles F. Eveland was born in 1879 and died in 1949. Penelope L. Eveland was born in 1886 and died July 29, 1971.
Story 4: Bruce Donald Brown was born 3 August 1918 and died 9 June 2008, aged 90 years. Eliza Jane Brown was born 1 May 1920 and died 4 December 2006, aged 86 years. They are both buried in St. Thomas Columbarium, Section 1, Niche 5.
