StoryDescription:Story 1: Fire started here in 1976, destroyed this home and next door Donald Franke home. Article with house pictures says Crigler had the house on the market having relocated on Miami.
Story 2: 1977 ordinance #12: orders owner of #5 Miami to repair or remove building (as unsafe and structurally defective) within 30 days and upon failure to do so the clerk is authorized to advertise for bids for its removal. This must have been after the fire (article in picture notebook).
Story 3: 1954 - Joseph William Dean Sr. moved from Fairfax to Edgewater Park, Cottage #5. Made a permanent home but had no bath. Made addition: lot 19 going into 21. Does this go with #5 Edgewater? Are Joseph & Henry related?
