for plan). Earlier it was thought to be "The Martha Washington"
like 308
Marietta. (Model years 1921-26. page 325 in Houses by
Mail) According the Sandy Wittman/Shell it's not "The Martha
Washington" but "The Puritan".

Story1: Louis Grischy was born 19 January 1886 and died 17 July 1964, aged 78 years, Craver Funeral Home. Helen Grischy was born 9 April 1898 and died 3 April 1980, aged 81 years, Noakes Funeral Home. They are both buried in Section 14 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH. Their son, Louis H. Grishy, died June 18, 1976.Story 2: In the 1930 Census Louis (45) & Helen (32) Grischy are living in Wayne, Clermont County OH with their son Howard (12) & daughter, Carolyn (7). The end of July they bought 724 Yale Avenue.
Cindy Cattanzaro, Sears researcher, says this house has been so heavily remodeled and expanded that the older Auiditor photo doesn't match any Sears model. However, owner Sandy Wittman-Shell believes it's The Puritan. See Description information in the "Older Version" tab.
