Stories:

Story 1: This house has to have been built before 1920 since the First family was living there in the 1920 and 1930 Census. Thus it was probably built for the Irwin family as rental property. Then the Firsts bought the house they'd been renting from Anna Baldwin after her mother, Mary Louise Orr Irwin, died in 1922 and her father, William Taylor Irwin, in 1925.
