Description:
2 story stucco English style Cottage, gable roof. Constructed July 1931
from plans in the December 1926 "House Beautiful" (copy in possession of Don
& Judy Brown). When the Browns were remodeling their kitchen they
found the wall between the kitchen and dining room was lead. They
think there must have been a pantry there at one time with a lead
wall. Was there and why the lead wall?
