Story 1: Charlie Rose (wife Myrtle) was the builder of a great many houses on Wrenwood (maybe 22?). His company was Wayne Realty. His daughter, Frieda, worked with him. She was married to Ralph Juvenile (811 Wooster) who was the painter of many of the new houses on Wrenwood.
Story 2: Pando Ellcoff was born 18 August 1923 and died 14 July 2005, aged 81 years, buried in Section 25 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, Evans Funeral Home.
