Stories:

McMullen (& David) (moved from 321 Rugby. When? See Story 4 at 321 Rugby)
Story 1: Information from Childress Rodgers. In April of 1970 I moved to 607 Wooster Pike in Terrace Park. My next door neighbors were Edith and Matt Cook. Mr. & Mrs. Cook were born in this area in the late 1800s and lived here most of their lives. They were a great source of information about the history of Terrace Park. These are a few facts that they told me.
Story 2: McGee on 1939 & 1942 maps. The McMullen daughter, Leonora, married John Schrimper who had a sister, Mable who married Frank McGee. After John Schrimper and his sister both died, Leonora married Frank McGee. Frank S. McGee was born 30 March 1885 and died 25 December 1972, aged 87 years, buried in Section 17 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, Craver Funeral Home.
Story 3: Edwin C. Peebles was in TP (not necessarily at this address) in 1893 & 1895 but not 1887. He was in Walnut Hills in 1887. Same for Carl Floto, 1st Mayor of TP. These 2 men need further research starting in City Directories.
Story 4: John D. McMullen was born 7 October 1869 and died 18 January 1929, aged 59 years. Who is he? Anna McMullen was born 26 July 1869 and died 7 November 1933. Both are buried in Section 16 of Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford OH, C. T. Johnson Funeral Home. (There must be some mistake with David's dates?)

Story 5: The Rubenkoenigs moved to 607 Wooster Pike in 1951 from Greenhills, OH Their son, Harry, reported in an e-mail in June 2011 that it was his job to fill the coal stocker every morning and take the clinkers out of the furnace in that house. They moved to 221 Miami Avenue in 1956. He graduated from TP High School in 1957.

Story 6: Chile Rodgers was born 1 February 1925 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. She was a nationally known horsewoman. She died 20 May 2016, Gwen Mooney Funeral Home. A Memorial Service was held 3 June, 2016 at the Indian Hill Episcopal/Prebyterian Church. (More information in the People File at TPHS.)
