Description Of Changes:    Originally a single family residence (?), later 2 family and back to one family. Probably it was the upstairs that was 330 Rugby and renters lived there. OR it may have been built as a 2 family since there's such a major door on the side - or was that added when the house was made into a 2 family?

Stories:

Story 1: When Retherford/Lyon (Hazel & Stephen are sister & brother) owned it (for their mother Marsie Lyon), it was the only multiple family dwelling in Terrace Park.
Story 2: Anna Marie Catherine Fisher was the 2nd wife of William C. Fisher. They also owned some land next door to their home at 322 Rugby as well as the Milford Pure Food Grocery and Daily Market on Main Street in Milford. William died October 20, 1929. Anna Marie Catherine Fisher (nee Rabe) died June 5, 1943. They had no children. Anna had a brother who also lived in Terrace Park, Clifford Edward Rabe but there's no evidence of home ownership. Perhaps he lived with his sister at the time of her death and handled the sale of the home in 1944. The great great granddaughter( by the first wife) is Heather Lethander and lives in Wyoming OH (2003) and has given this information.
Story 3: William and Robert Bob Schulz graduated from Terrace Park High School in 1952 and 1955 respectively. Jack and Harriett Tyner (302 Stanton) were their aunt and uncle.
