Description Of Changes:    1961 - F. E. Peery added a new garage and patio. 1998 - house taken down and new building begun. Patrick M. McGoff, a builder (see 900 Elm? are these 2 the same, related or what?), bought the house earlier to take down and build for someone, but no one bought it so he built a house for himself (not the 4-5 bedroom frame Colonial shown in the newspaper).
