Stories:

Story 1: Doug Eisele (see Terrace Park phone book listing for 1982) lived as a boy at 435 Elm. He once worked for Wiebold's in Terrace Park and later started and ran Old World Restorations on Columbia Parkway in Tusculum.
Story 2: The Hamilton County Auditor's site says this house was built in 1942.
