Story 1: Originally this lot was part of the Thomas R. Biggs estate (lot 29) which was bought from Joseph E. & Kathryn M. Miller, August 22, 1960. The Millers owned the Robinson Circus house at the time. The present house was built on Robinson Circus grounds: area of small animal cages and costume building.Story 2: A. J. Bissonette was hired by the Baldwin Piano Company to build the first organ, and the company's name was then changed to the Baldwin Piano and Organ Company. Mary Bissonette died November 10, 1974 Alfred John Bissonette died April 30, 2003
Story 3: This home of Mr. & Mrs. (Mary) Alfred Bissonette was on the December 18, 1962 TP Garden Club House Tour Noel dans le Parc. Advance tickets were $1 but $1.25 on the day and the homes were open from 1-4:30, maybe also in the evening as a tear off stub is missing from the ticket. The Community House on Elm Avenue was open for Decorations and probably Refreshments.
